We are the largest hotel Conference Centre in Rotorua. Catering for up to 500 delegates, our Rotorua Conference Centre is complimented by 133 hotel rooms including 9 Suites and several Food & Beverage outlets.
Night Auditor
We are looking for a Night Auditor, someone who is a night owl, happy to be busy during the hours of 10:45pm through until 07:15am.
POSITION PURPOSE: To successfully manage the Night Audit Department encompassing
Reservations, Reception, Porters, Night Audit & Security, Laundry and
Housekeeping. Control all areas, aiming at all times to exceed
guest expectations and all financial targets.
You must have a clear head for figures and double entry transactions, strong abilities in checking all hotel transactions and be able to report these correctly.
Japanese Chef
We are seeking a dynamic individual who possesses the skill of the Japanese cuisine, self-motivated with a high standard of customer service.
Must be fluent in Japanese.
- Passion for the industry, a will to succeed with flexibility & commitment
- Food service experience in a similar position for all F&B operations including conferencing.
- Positive, outgoing and creative personality
- Understanding of cost control systems, rostering & wage control experience
- Production & implementation of menus
- Proven experience in a la carte, buffet, banqueting & casual dining, including large out catering
- Excellent people skills, including strong leadership, coaching and training
